| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2015, and November 12, 2015, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 19, 2015. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 19, 2015, and the application for that relief are granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until February 16, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
