Appeal by Carolyn C. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County dated January 30, 2013. By decision and order of this Court dated July 2, 2014, the matter was remitted to the Family Court, Queens County, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to those portions of the proceedings conducted in the above-entitled cases on January 20, 2011, which could not be transcribed because the tape recordings were inaudible, and to issue a report to this Court. The report of the Family Court, Queens County, has been filed with this Court.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 8, 2016, the appellant, if so advised, may serve and file a supplemental brief addressing any additional issues raised by the report of the Family Court, Queens County; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before January 29, 2016, the respondent Graham Windham Family and Children's Services may serve and file a supplemental brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before January 29, 2016, the attorney for the child shall serve and file a supplemental brief which shall include a factual update of the status of the subject children; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental reply brief on or before February 16, 2016.

DILLON, J.P., HALL, SGROI and BARROS, JJ., concur.
