Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 7, 2015, and July 2, 2015, respectively, inter alia, to stay the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the orders dated April 7, 2015, and July 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the orders dated April 7, 2015, and July 2, 2015, and the motion is otherwise denied.
