| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated September 11, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
