Application by Lindsay H. Einhorn, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 24, 2010, under the name Lindsay Heather Gray, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Lindsay Kaplan.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Lindsay H. Einhorn to Lindsay Kaplan, effective immediately.
