On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered October 15, 2015, is amended by deleting from eighth decretal paragraph thereof the street address "One Helen Keller Way" and substituting therefor the street address "40 Main Street, 3rd Floor."
