| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to seal the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 1, 2015, and to seal the exhibits filed in connection with the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the exhibits to the motion papers is granted, those exhibits are deemed to have been filed under seal and shall remain sealed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to renewing the motion if the Supreme Court, Nassau County, grant the appellants' motion to seal the motion papers that resulted in the order entered July 1, 2015.
