Motion by the appellants to amend a decision and order of this Court dated October 14, 2015, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 13, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order of this Court dated October 14, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the ninth sentence of the first paragraph following the decretal paragraph thereof the words "Town Planning Board" and substituting therefor the words "Town Board."
