| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Todd Witkin for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing trial Exhibit B and the note of issue on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 20, 2015. Application by the respondent Emita Hill pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 11, 2016, the respondent Todd Witkin shall serve and file the supplemental record containing trial Exhibit B and the note of issue; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent Emita Hill's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 20, 2016, and the respondent Emita Hill's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
