Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 17, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated May 7, 2014, and April 13, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 20, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
