Motion by the appellants David J. Stein, Dan Stevens, Cherry Tree Partners, LLC, and Fresh Ice Cream Company, LLC, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 29, 2015.
