| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 3, 2015, inter alia, for this Court to determine a prior motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appendix on appeal, and for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for this Court to determine a prior motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2015, which determined the prior motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
