Application by the defendant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 18, 2014, March 31, 2015, April 3, 2015, and September 1, 2015, respectively, until March 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 23, 2016, the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
