| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 7, 2013, to include the transcripts of proceedings which occurred on February 1, 2011, and February 9, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the subject transcripts at the time that he files his pro se supplemental brief.
