On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court in the above-entitled matter that granted the appellants' motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, to the extent that the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 24, 2015, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "December 18, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "December 22, 2015."
