Motions by appellant to consolidate the above-captioned appeals from judgments of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered September 1, 2015. Separate motions by respondent for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellant's motions to consolidate the appeals. Separate motions by appellant to submit the appeals on an abridged record. Separate motions by respondent for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellant's motions to submit the appeals on an abridged record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions and respondent's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motions for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellant's motions are granted and the papers in opposition are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motions to consolidate the above-captioned appeals are granted only to the extent that the appeals may be perfected with a single brief bearing all of the appeal numbers and that there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all the appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motions for leave to submit the appeals on an abridged record are denied, as the rules of this court do not permit an appellant in a civil matter to prosecute an appeal on an abridged record (see Rules of the App Term, 2d Dept, 2d, 11th & 13th Jud Dists [22 NYCRR] § 732.1).
