Motion by appellant for leave to withdraw the brief previously filed, and to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from judgments of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered May 9, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is deemed withdrawn, and on or before December 31, 2015 appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 15, 2016.
