On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 21, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 20, 2015" and substituting therefor the words "order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2015."
