Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Chautauqua County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 24, 2014, and October 24, 2014, and respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Andrew F. Emborsky, Esq., sworn to December 2, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of David J. Pajak, Esq., dated December 9, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief is granted on condition that respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 15, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
