Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a decree of the Onondaga County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on June 8, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dante M. Scaccia, Esq., sworn to December 7, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Jennifer L. Alfieri, Esq., sworn to December 16, 2015, and the affidavit of Ami S. Longstreet, Esq., sworn to December 17, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 6, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 7, 2015, and inserting in its place the date February 5, 2016.
