respondent, v Patricia Finn, appellant,

et al., defendants.

(Index No. 5332/09)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 23, 2015, and an order of the same court dated October 13, 2015, in effect, for leave to renew and reargue that branch of her prior motion which was to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until March 7, 2016, the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied as premature; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.

RIVERA, J.P., DICKERSON, MILLER and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
