Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 10, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3, or for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated September 10, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
