Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 2, 2015, to stay the respondent from enforcing in the Commonwealth of Virginia or any jurisdiction outside the State of New York a decree of divorce of the Circuit Court for Spotsylvania County, Virginia, dated August 14, 2009, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
