DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Anthony D. Bush from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 14, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 7, 2015. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2015, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
