ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the proceeding is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth a reasonable excuse for the delay and facts showing merit to the proceeding, as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event petitioner moves for, and obtains, an extension of time to perfect the proceeding, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to use the original record in lieu of a brief is denied, without costs.
