It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 4, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 23, 2015, and inserting in its place the date January 19, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered November 4, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 8, 2015, and inserting in its place the date February 3, 2016.
