Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated November 17, 2015, to punish respondent for contempt for violating an interim order contained in an order to show cause dated November 19, 2015 directing respondent to immediately restore electric service to the subject premises.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the hearing held on December 11, 2015 and appellant's failure to appear at that hearing, it is
