ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 4, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 30, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "January 6, 2016."
