Motion by the appellant to withdraw an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, January 6, 2015, insofar as taken against the respondent Pelageya Morozova, who died on September 11, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to renew after obtaining any appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Rockland County, pursuant to CPLR 1015.
