DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Renewed motion by the appellants, inter alia, to direct court reporter Robert Frankel to provide clean (i.e. non blacked out) copies of 11 pages of the transcript on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct court reporter Robert Frankel to provide clean copies of 11 pages of the transcript is granted, on or before January 19, 2016, the appellants shall serve court reporter Robert Frankel with a copy of this decision and order on motion pursuant to CPLR 2103(c), and on or before February 9, 2016, court reporter Robert Frankel shall provide the appellants' counsel with clean copies of the subject 11 pages of the transcript; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 10, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
