| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2014, and an order of the same court dated August 6, 2014. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 18, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
