| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Margaret Nelson to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 22, 2015, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 8, 2016, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 23, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
