Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 27, 2014, and two orders of the same Court entered November 6, 2014, and February 9, 2015, respectively, with an appeal from an order of the same court entered July 1, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the judgment and orders entered November 6, 2014, and February 9, 2015, will be calendared together with the appeal from the order entered July 1, 2015, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same day.
