ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent-appellant Sara Stern pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 8, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that Sara Stern's time to server and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on her cross appeal (see, 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until February 16, 2016, and Sara Stern's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
