On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated December 4, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 24, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "December 30, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "January 4, 2016."
