Motion by the petitioner to enjoin, inter alia, the sale or transfer of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus to compel Thomas J. Dufficy, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, to vacate a certain judgment of foreclosure.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
