| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by David D. Narain, counsel assigned to represent the respondent in the County Court, Rockland County, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to an appeal by the People from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated August 10, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that David D. Narain, 455 Route 304, Bardonia, NY 10954, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 11, 2016, and the respondent shall serve one copy of his brief and file nine copies thereof on or before that date.
