Motion by the appellant pro se, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated October 7, 2015, which determined his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated October 9, 2013 (People v Herb, 110 AD3d 829), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 17, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
