On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 18, 2014, in the above-entitled appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 22, 2013, March 15, 2013, and March 27, 2014, respectively, is amended by (1) deleting from the preamble thereof the words "dismiss the appeal from the order dated March 15, 2013," and substituting therefor the words "dismiss the appeals from the orders dated January 22, 2013, and March 15, 2013," and (2) by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof after the words "from the orders dated," the date "January 22, 2013."
