| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Incorporated Village of Freeport to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 21, 2015, as untimely taken, and on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from so much of the order entered May 21, 2015, as denied the branch of the motion which was for reargument is granted, and the appeal from that portion of the order is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
