Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 24, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3, and for leave to appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
