DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 2, 2015, to direct the respondent to produce the subject child for an interview and for an order directing the Supreme Court, Westchester County, to accept certain motions for filing.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the respondent to produce the subject child for an interview is granted, and on or before February 2, 2016, the respondent shall produce the subject child for an interview at the office of the attorney for the child on a date and time arranged by counsel for the respondent and the attorney for the child; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied. We note that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 27, 2015, stayed only enforcement of the order entered October 2, 2015, and the trial relating to the appellant's access schedule with the subject child and financial issues, and did not stay any other proceedings.
