Motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2015, and December 10, 2015, respectively, and, inter alia, to enjoin the defendants from moving, selling, or using the subject equipment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
