Application by the respondents Malik & Associates, P.C., and Pankaj Malik pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2015. Separate application by the respondents Boringuen Business Services, Jose Guzman, doing business as Boringuen Business Services, and JCG Empire and Realty Corp., for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until March 1, 2016, the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
