Application by Bay Structures, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file its brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 26, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of Bay Structures, Inc., to serve and file its brief is enlarged until January 19, 2016, and the brief of Bay Structures, Inc., including the points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of J & R Brick Masonry, Inc., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 19, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of E.W. Howell Co. LLC, to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 7, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of Sandaro Realty, Inc., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 22, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of Bay Structures, Inc., and the plaintiffs to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until April 6, 2016, and the reply briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
