Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to seal the record on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one dated March 24, 2015, and two dated May 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant, if it be so advised, may file a replacement record and a replacement brief on or before February 16, 2016; the record may contain a separate volume which contains the material sealed by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 26, 2013, which separate volume shall be filed under seal and shall remain sealed upon filing; the brief may omit references to the terms and amount of the underlying settlement; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
