Application by the respondents Nassau County Sheriff's Department and Michael J. Sposaton pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 1, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 16, 2016, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
