ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 8, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 8, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "January 12, 2016."
