Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Mamaroneck, Westchester County, rendered May 2, 2013, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated September 11, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion to have this court's decision and order reported anonymously, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 10, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
