Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2015, in effect, to substitute Chanah Ausfresser, as administratrix of the estate of Bracha Witonsky, for the deceased respondent Bracha Witonsky, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Chanah Ausfresser, as administratrix of the estate of Bracha Witonsky, is substituted for the deceased respondent Bracha Witonsky, and the caption is amended accordingly.
